The raising impact of social networking sites in communication and socializing globally brings attention to how they have an effect on recruitment processes of teachers in agencies. Many employers are now searching for graduates' info to complement their very own assessment of job individuals and employing decisions. Although this still is not developed as a common practice by (HR) practitioners and recruiters, existing study remains underdeveloped from the point of view of graduates' use of these kinds of sites.
